Estimates & Pricing

Estimates may change if the scope of work changes or if hidden conditions are discovered during the project. Any additional work requires client approval before proceeding.

Payments

Payment terms are defined per project (typically including a deposit, progress payments, and a final payment). Failure to make payments on time may delay or stop work.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide access to the property during agreed working hours. The client is responsible for providing finishing materials (like tile and fixtures) unless agreed otherwise. The client must also ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available on-site.

Work Conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., plumbing, electrical, material delivery). Unexpected structural or plumbing issues discovered during demolition may require additional work and cost.

Warranty

We provide a limited workmanship warranty on our installations. This warranty does not cover manufacturer defects in materials, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We hold no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
